The device is removed endoscopically [Australian Government: Department of Health and Ageing 2010, ECRI Institute 2012, National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence 2012].&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HTA Core Model for Rapid Relative Effectiveness was the main source for selecting relevant assessment elements.
