About INBIT

INBIT is an independent non-profit agency that supports national or regional healthcare systems in medical equipment management and assessment.

INBIT operates Greece’s National Centralized Medical Device Management and Vigilance System and serves as a WHO Collaborating Centre for Medical Equipment Management and Assessment.

INBIT’s work focuses in

Medical device assessment and lifecycle management

Clinical engineering and health technology management best practices

International Collaborations 

INBIT works with public institutions and international partners on systems for medical equipment inventory, lifecycle management, vigilance, assessment, and planning. The Institute supports policy implementation, digital transformation, and capacity building in health technology governance.
